Getting there and back

  • By Tube. Wembley Park, on the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines, is the station most people use. Walk straight down Olympic Way to the stadium, about 10 minutes.
  • By train. Wembley Stadium station is about 5 minutes’ walk, with Chiltern trains from London Marylebone. Wembley Central, on the Bakerloo line, the Overground and trains from Euston, is 15 to 20 minutes’ walk.
  • By car. Parking at the stadium has to be booked ahead through Wembley’s official parking site, and cars without a booking won’t be let in. Public transport is the easier way.
  • After the show. Wembley Park gets the longest queues. Wembley Central is often quieter, and on Friday and Saturday the Night Tube runs on the Jubilee line all night.
  • The Wednesday show. It’s a weeknight, so there’s no Night Tube. Check the last train for your route before you book, or stay close enough to walk.

Booking tips

  • Book as soon as you have tickets. The shows fall on the bank holiday weekend, when London is at its busiest.
  • Stay on your line. A place near a Jubilee or Metropolitan line station gets you to Wembley Park without changing.
  • Count beds, not bedrooms. Going as a group? Check how many separate beds there are, and who would be sharing.
  • Spread the cost. When check-in is at least 15 days away, pay half when you book and the rest a week before you arrive, with no extra fees.
