Nezt is built for stays that need more than a hotel room: work trips, contractor crews, relocations and longer stays. There are two ways to find somewhere.
Book a listing
Search by place and dates, open a listing to see its photos, amenities, price and cancellation policy, and book it. Some listings book instantly; others send your booking to the host to approve first.
Send a request
Tell us where, when, who’s coming and your budget, and we’ll send your request to hosts within 15 miles. Hosts reply with offers — a place, a price and a message — and you choose the one that suits you. Nothing is booked until you accept an offer.
