How payouts work
When you’re paid for a booking, and what’s taken off first.
You’re paid for each booking after the guest arrives: with Stripe, 3–5 business days after check-in; by bank transfer, 3–5 business days after check-out.
Nezt’s host service fee comes off each payout. Every offer and booking shows what the guest pays and what you’ll be paid, so there are no surprises.
For longer stays that guests pay month by month, you’re paid in parts as each payment is made. Your booking shows the schedule.
