Great location, close to tube and restaurant. Very close to Parks. Bathroom needs work, shower glass not attached so floor was getting wet. Had to put towels on the floor to keep water from leaking through ceiling. Floors are slanted. Top floor so lots of steps to climb (about 70) Construction next door, very loud every morning at 8. Only 1 set of keys, so difficult to coordinate 5 adults. Key pickup was at a convenient store about 7 minutes away.( it was raining when we got there, so had to walk back to flat in the rain)

The biggest plus is the location — just a 5-min walk to Paddington Station and 8 min to Lancaster Gate. The area is well-connected by bus, full of cafes, restaurants / stores, including a Sainsbury’s. The apartment is spacious by London standards, with both bedrooms having en suite bathrooms. It’s well-equipped with everything from cooking supplies and an iron to towels, coffee/tea etc. Check-in is self-service; keys are collected from a nearby store. The apartment is on the top floor with no lift — ~80 stairs. Cleaning was superficial despite a professional service. The upper floor where the bedrooms are has a structural slant dipping towards the bathrooms, making beds feel tilted, which was inconvenient. During the heatwave, it got hot and stuffy despite fans. Overall, if you’re looking for a well-located and roomy apartment in central London and don’t mind the stairs or a bit of summer heat, this place is a solid option.

A great place and we enjoyed our stay. However, since the apartment is on the top floor of the building and there is no lift in the building, it required some effort to bring our luggages up to the apartment.

Since checking-in, a series of unfortunate events kept occurring. From finding the apartment not properly cleaned, to blocked toilet, water leak into the neighboring flat below, unusable WiFi, to another leak into the first floor. All this while the apartments bedroom sit on crooked floor makes it a terrible deal in all honesty. Host agents did their best to be responsive but it’s nothing to do with them, the flat is quite old and not properly maintained.
