Setting your nightly price
Set a base price per night, and adjust it for weekends or particular dates.
Your nightly price is what a night costs before any fees. Set it in the listing editor’s pricing step.
- Weekend pricing — charge more or less on the nights you choose.
- Particular dates — change the price of any night in your calendar.
When you reply to a guest’s request, you can offer them a price just for their stay.
