Requests and offers: how to get hosts to come to you
Instead of searching, tell hosts what you need and let them send you offers. Here’s how requests work on Nezt, and how to write one that gets good replies.

Searching works when you know what you want and there’s plenty to choose from. When you need something specific — six beds near a site, a month-long stay, a place that takes a dog — it can be quicker to say what you need and let hosts answer.
How it works
- You post a request: where, when, how many people, and what matters to you.
- Hosts nearby are told about it, and those with a place that fits send you an offer.
- You compare offers — each shows the place, the host, the price for your stay and when the offer expires.
- You accept one and pay, and the booking is confirmed.
Writing a request that gets good offers
Hosts decide quickly whether their place fits. The clearer your request, the better the offers you’ll get.
- Be exact about people and beds. “6 people, everyone in their own bed” gets better answers than “6 guests”.
- Say what you can’t do without. Parking for vans, a washing machine, step-free access, pets.
- Give the area, not just the city. If you’re working at a particular site, say how far you’re happy to travel.
- Mention flexibility. If your dates could move by a day or two, say so — it can open up more places.
Keep it on Nezt: Phone numbers and email addresses can’t be shared in requests or messages before you book. It protects you: your payment, the cancellation policy and our support only cover bookings made on Nezt.
Choosing between offers
Offers arrive on your Requests page. You can save the ones you like, which keeps them at the top, and sort by price, newest or the soonest to expire. Open any offer to see the listing in full, and message the host if you have questions before you accept.
Offers don’t last forever — each one shows when it expires, so if one is right, don’t leave it too long.
