Excellent apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. There is a park and a small playground nearby, but children play there only on weekends and not early in the morning, so it didn't bother us. The apartment overlooks the park, so street noise is completely inaudible, and there is fresh air. There was noise from the neighbors only once, which was not a big deal. The bed is very comfortable, and the linens are beautiful and very clean. The sofa is a bit uncomfortable; it would be nice to put a small mattress on top. Good hot water pressure, shampoos, and cleaning products. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all the necessary appliances and utensils available. We really liked the place. Thanks to Konstantin; he was always in touch. Excellent value for money. There is even a small balcony (in case you smoke). It is also important that the metro station is very close, and the line goes to many transfer stations and directly to Westminster Abbey. Very convenient. I have stayed in London more than once, and this apartment is a good choice.

Lovely stay

Lovely home. Smaller than expected. You can hear every little sound. You can hear the upstairs neighbors stomping around all day when they're home. The couch is a bit dirty. Otherwise, a nice home. And a nice view of the park/basketball/soccer field

We stayed at Constantin’s place for 2 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Location is really accessible. There were a lot of shops around the area, you can travel by bus or by train which is about 5 mins away from his place (Just 1 train ride away from Wembley if attending a concert) Constantin also provided clear instructions on how to find and enter his flat so we didn’t have any trouble getting in. His place is also very secured. Tha flat itself is the same as the photos on the listing. It was the most “homey” place that we’ve stayed in London & it had everything that we needed in a home - a fridge, stove, microwave, utensils, iron, TV, and air conditioning. Overall, we do recommend booking his place and are planning to book it again for future trips.

The apartment was clean, cosy, and had all the necessary amenities. However, I don't think it's ideal for 3 to 4 guests. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. At 1.70 m tall, I couldn't lie down properly because it was quite short and had a metal support bar in the middle. It's also worth noting that the apartment isn't very well soundproofed, so you can hear the neighbors quite easily. Another thing to consider, especially for female travelers, is the location. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy to us, particularly after dark. The apartment is also on the first floor, with a football/basketball court right outside the windows, so it doesn't offer much privacy. Overall, it's a good option for a short stay, but these are just a few things to keep in mind if you're staying for longer.
