- Unfortunately, the heating in the living room did not work. This problem has been around for a while, as I also read about it in the previous reviews – nothing has been done about it, and we have not received any further assistance here. - The window in the small bedroom is broken. You have the window right over your head, and it is absolutely impossible to sleep when the outside temperature is 44–50 degrees Fahrenheit (7–10 degrees Celsius). It's not possible. - In general, not all windows are completely windproof. - Very poor soundproofing in the windows and walls. You can hear everything. - The sofa bed is absolutely not suitable for sleeping - Not enough towels provided - Everything very dusty and stained; the floor was very dirty - After I described the problems, on the last day before departure, I received a response saying that it was unfortunate to hear about them and that they wanted to fix the problem, but they did absolutely nothing for us. We had to move the mattress from the small bedroom to the large bedroom. Personally, I would not book it again.

Good stay but the place is under construction so just didn’t help with overall experience. Great communication throughout tho

Clean flat, had enough space for the 3 of us, communication with the host was great, fantastic location

Spent 3 nights in the flat with my son. Excellent location to explore central London in particular the west end. Well appointed and comfortable. Would recommend

The location is very good, the cleanliness of the bathrooms could have been better (hair and dust on the floor, dirty towels), the heating in the living room was broken during our stay, but unfortunately, there was no replacement, the window in one of the bedrooms was broken and could not be fully closed (unfortunately, there was no heating there), and communication with the host was OK, although no alternatives were offered.

We had an enjoyable stay as a family of 4. Make sure to note the information about the construction, it is substantial in the hallway leading to the flat. Outside noise didn't bother us at all, the windows face away from the busy road in front of the building. The key was provided at a 24 hr store near Paddington station. Check in instructions were easy to follow. The flat is on the 4th level of a building. We felt like the building was secure; a key was needed to enter the building and each floor. There is a small lift. During our stay, the heater in the kitchen worked, but the one in the main bedroom wouldn't turn on. A few times, it got a bit cooler than we would've liked in that bedroom. Jade at the management company helped us troubleshoot and offered to have someone come out to look at it, but we declined and left it to be addressed after we checked out. The temperature was always acceptable throughout. Communication was excellent throughout our stay and we had a great trip!
