Stayed here with 4 friends for the Silverstone F1. Overall a great stay - Simon was very helpful and responsive and had all the amenities we needed. Quite hot inside which the windows being open didn't help a lot, but it was a very warm weekend. The apartment is attached to an Indian restaurant - lovely food there, however one of the bedrooms did have a very distinct cooking smell while the restaurant was open. Really easy to get out to the park and rides/circuit, and a short drive to local pubs.

Perfect HMO stay for our colleagues while working in the area. Simon is a great host

The front bedroom with 2 big windows was very cold even with heating on. Not enough living room seats for 8 guests. Lighting at front of house was bright at night, curtains needed. Leak stains on ceiling. Had a kitchen sink leak during stay and host got back to me straight away but wasn't fixed during our stay. Beds are ok but a small double. Some dirty cuttlery/utensils and bowls on arrival. The house is attached to an indian restaurant so can smell it at times. The house was ideal location for what we needed and would stay again if we were racing at track again.
