No Parties / Unregistered Guests Parties are strictly prohibited. A $1,000 violation fee will be charged for any party, plus additional cleaning fees as necessary. Violators must vacate the property. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please refrain from any gatherings or outdoor noise after 10 PM in respect of our neighbors. A $500/night fee applies for violations. Extra Guests A $50/night per guest fee will apply for anyone not listed on the reservation. Please ensure your guest count is accurate and inform us if you plan to have visitors. Check-Out: Check-out is before 11:00 am. A fee of $100 per hour will apply for late checkouts. Please let us know your planned check-out time so we can inform our housekeeping team. Before leaving, kindly load any used dishes into the dishwasher and take out the trash. We appreciate your help in keeping cleaning costs down and ask that the home be left in the same condition as when you arrived. Restrooms: Only toilet paper should be flushed. Wet wipes, even those labeled "flushable," must not be flushed as they can clog the sewer system. Food Disposal: Please do not dispose of food in the garbage disposal. Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. Smoking of cigarettes, cannabis, or any other substance inside the house is strictly prohibited. A $300 fee will apply for any violation. Candles: Candles are not permitted in the home due to fire hazards. Damage: We understand that accidents happen. Please inform us immediately if something breaks so we can repair or replace it. A stain remover is located under the kitchen sink for use on carpets and bedding. Pets: Pets are allowed with a $100 non-refundable fee per pet (maximum of two). Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. All pets must be fully potty-trained and kept off the furniture, including beds. Please keep bedroom doors closed if not in use. Pets must not track mud or dirt into the home—wipe their feet before entry. Pets may not be left alone in the home. A $100 fee will apply if any pet waste is found on the property after your departure. We are not responsible for any incidents involving your pet. Lost Items: Please double-check before leaving, as we are unable to package and ship forgotten items. Cameras: For security purposes, a Ring Video Doorbell camera is installed at the entrance. Utilities & Electronics: Please turn off lights and AC/heating when leaving the home. Garbage disposals are for small food residue only, not for disposing of food. Please scrape all food into the trash before rinsing plates. Putting food into the disposal often causes clogs and plumbing issues. If a plumber must be sent due to improper disposal use, related charges may apply. Thank you for helping us keep the plumbing in good working order. Do not unplug any electronics. This includes lamps, routers, modems, and any devices operating the door lock or doorbell. Unplugging these may cause connectivity issues and could lock you out of the home.
