Such beautiful surroundings. There are many pine trees in the area, so we did see pollen and spiders outdoors. The house itself is lovely, we had plenty of space for our family and felt right at home. Such a great place for a getaway, we will definitely be back!

Would probably stay again but a few issues kept it from five stars. Our make ready wasn’t complete: dishwasher not fully unloaded; towels in the bathrooms were damp (but did seem/smell clean) so hadn’t had time to fully dry; trash hadn’t been emptied from all bathrooms and was left overflowing in garage bins. Understanding it’s a forest setting I don’t expect immaculate conditions but spiderwebs inside were visible around many corners and lights (didn’t see any insects or spiders in person though!). I see this more of an issue with the cleaning service than the host. The trash service person entered through the garage unannounced while we were on site which was a little disconcerting since our car was parked in the garage, visible when they entered, and they didn’t ring the bell to let us know they were on-site. Property was as described and quite enjoyable. Fire pit and game room were great. Nearby reservoir was lovely to walk around. Very convenient for nearby wineries!

Smoking: No smoking of any kind inside the home. Indoor: Please remove your shoes indoors as the home is carpeted. Parties/Gatherings: No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Access to the property: The property requires stairs for full access. Mail: Please don't ship any mail or packages to the home. All mail is automatically forwarded to the owner's primary home. Security Cameras: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras located on the doorbell and the front of the home facing the front side. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when motion is first sensed and for 30 seconds after the last motion is detected. Cleaning/Checkout: Checkout is 11:00 am. Late checkout is $100/hour. We do a thorough cleaning after each guest’s stay. We kindly ask that before leaving, you place dishes in the dishwasher and start it, start a load of towels in the washing machine, and take out all trash. This helps our cleaning process and keeps cleaning costs down. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived. Garbage disposals are for small food residue only, not for disposing of food. Please scrape all food into the trash before rinsing plates. Putting food into the disposal often causes clogs and plumbing issues. If a plumber must be sent due to improper disposal use, related charges may apply. Thank you for helping us keep the plumbing in good working order. Restrooms: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including wet wipes and flushable wet wipes. Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. Unfortunately, we cannot package and ship things that are left behind.
