We had to look for a new place to stay very spontaneously, and although it was already quite late, we received a response within minutes and were able to arrive half an hour later. We were very satisfied with the apartment and were able to make our trips to London very easily from there. There are all the stores you need in the area. Another plus is that the parking lot is secured by a gate.

Five stars across the board and every single one is deserved. We couldn't have asked for a better stay for our family visiting from the USA. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly well-organised. It was clear that real thought had gone into making guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. What really set this apart was the host's exceptional responsiveness. When we mentioned we needed a microwave, it was at our doorstep as soon as possible, no fuss, no delay. Throughout the stay, they checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, without ever being intrusive. It felt genuinely caring rather than just going through the motions. Our visiting family were seriously impressed, and so were we. We'd book again without a second though. Highly, highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I found the place super clean, nice, large, bright... you had everything you could ever need there, cutlery, dishes, soap, handwash, towels. The city to shop could be reached on foot. The hosts were very friendly although it was Christmas and they did not have to report, they asked how we were doing, whether everything went well, whether we needed anything. I found everything great.

I was really nervous booking this place with no existing reviews to go by, as never usually do this - but needed to find somewhere urgently, late at night and could not be more grateful to the host for helping me book and checkin at short notice, and so late at night. Excellent service and comms, and extremely kind, responsive and it felt like nothing was too much to ask - thank you! The flat itself was very clean, spacious, warm, cosy and comfortable, everything felt new and of high quality. I loved the decor, facilities all excellent with everything needed for short or also a longer stay. It was also surprisingly quiet despite being a central location, with many supermarkets, restaurants and shops/train etc all nearby. I had a few questions when staying, and host couldn’t have been more responsive and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. Great to have secure parking space included - it’s located down some stairs but easy to find and navigate. I’d happily stay here again!
