Our accommodation wasn't ready when we arrived at 3pm. Due to the toilet seat being broken by the previous guests and needing a replacement, we had to wait to use the facilities. The cleaner did apologise for the inconvenience and said they would be back in 30 minutes with a new seat but we ended up waiting 2 hours for someone else to come out, get a new seat and then fit it and even then, the toilet wouldn't flush properly for the duration of our stay so wasnt great. In all fairness the host was very apologetic about the inconvenience caused. Very friendly host, easy to communicate with and quick responses. A lovely little studio for a short stay and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and activities.
