The guest will be charged 15% amount for a cancellation after the reservation is made. The guest will be charged 20 nights amount, if they can cancel upon arrival. For no-show 2% amount of the reservation will be charged. A prepayment of 15% amount from the reservation will be charged upon arrival after the booking is made. A prepayment of 20 nights amount from the reservation will be charged upon arrival.
