Loved our stay. Ideal and lovely home from home for our trip away. Spacious throughout, clean and well looked after. Even had an essentials pack on arrival, with dishwasher tablets/marmalade/tea towel etc plus hand soap, washing up liquid, toilet roll was there too, which we didn’t expect, so this was handy also! Good sized private garden space with seating x 6 and table. Very quiet area, which was perfect. Good location with buses nearby for getting around with ease and plenty to do in the local area . Also a convenience store & little bakery/coffee shop within 5mins walk, plus a (Thai food) local pub approx 15mins walk away. Would we recommend this for anyone wanting a peaceful break with lots to do? 100 percent. Would we come back here to stay again? Absolutely!!!!!

Beautiful house in a superb location - 15 minutes away from the centre but so quiet for us as a family. So much space, extremely clean and spacious, everything you could possibly need and worked as the most fantastic base for us as a family during a busy wedding week. Lorna is a very responsive and kind, friendly host. Highly highly recommend x

Modern, Fully Equipped, and Spacious. Private parking is brilliant. Easy bus trip into Brighton. It's impossible to park in Brighton so public transport is essential.

Great to stay in the house overall we’re very happy about our holiday weekend I really enjoyed the weather and neighborhood peaceful atmosphere.

Wonderful place for a weekend in Brighton - we came down for the Marathon and it was the perfect location. House was spacious, clean, great bedrooms and the living room provided a lovely place to relax. Views of the downs from the back of the house was an added beautiful bonus
