Our stay at Ryker’s was lovely. The condo was the perfect size for a couple and in a great location; close to restaurants, beaches, and the marina. Ryker was a great communicator throughout our stay. We left a 4‑star rating because the parking pass was missing, which caused some stress as our truck didn’t fit in the garage and we had to sort out a temporary pass with the HOA. The towels hadn’t been moved to the dryer before our arrival, and with the storm‑related power outage, it took several cycles to get them dry (and yes we dumped the water before every cycle). We were also surprised by how few towels were provided, and the downstairs TV remote didn’t work for volume. The bed is quite firm if you prefer a softer feel, but the upstairs AC unit was a very nice touch during the warm weather. Overall, a good stay.

This location is one of our favorites and the size of the rental was perfect for two people. The host was very responsive and did his best to be helpful. There were a couple small things that would have made our stay more convenient overall such as a working dryer and fans for upstairs when it got too warm. The hosts were very responsive, so I believe these issues would be addressed for future guests.

This place is great, perfect size for couples. Peaceful and quiet. Everything looks exactly like photos. The location is perfect- right on the marina if you doing any water sports or rentals. There is a great paved trail right next to the unit that takes you right to free beach access and a great sunset option. Lots of restaurants within walking distance or very short drive. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner in a couple evenings. This space was great overall- made vacationing easy!

We had an awesome time at Ben & Ryker’s Tahoe keys condo with my family.. it was perfectly situated to where all our activities are. Public beach, kayaking, horseback riding , shops and restaurants. The space & accommodation are awesome. All the basic stuff provided. The clothes dryer worked good just needed repeated drying for thicker clothing. Key is always dump the water from the water well before every use. The space in the garage was good to store our beach wagon and tent. beach chairs came in handy. 2 things: The sofa bed gets hung up when unfolding, lifting the entire couch off the floor. The only way to unfold it flat is to literally slam the foot of the bed to the floor. We needed to fold it back and then do it for the 2nd time. It was comfortable. Also the loft gets very warm. We have to keep the sliding doors and kitchen window open overnight only to finally cool off in early AM. Portable air was cumbersome to setup. Add a minisplit air, maybe? Overall it was awesome
