Lovely flat! Great location and beautifully furnished.

The apartment was a perfect location and gorgeous! Would definitely recommend Jade as a host as well! Thank you so much for letting us stay!

Guests should be aware that this property is very centrally located, but car access is only allowed 8pm-8am due to the bus / taxi lane. The listing pictures look great, but they don’t show how firm the beds are (very firm) the tiny showers, or the hosts terrible approach to dealing with issues. For those who care about the details : We double parked the car and walked with our luggage to pick up the key, at a local news agent. Once at the property, we walked up 3 flights of stairs (the elevator was out of service). We notified the host of this issue at 3:30pm. Once settled in, we noticed that 2 of the bedroom smelled of smoke. We again contacted the host, but received no response until trying to call them at 9:30pm. We were then informed that the elevator was working and the property didn’t smell of smoke and if we had an issue we should speak to Airbnb. After an unpleasant night, Airbnb support helped us switch to new property for the remainder of our stay in Brighton.

Really nice space. Great area, although it was quite noisy at times but expected in the middle of town. Only negative was the WiFi was quite poor x

fantastic location right in the middle of everything. Bedrooms very spacious and couldn't hear any noise outside. Kitchens beautiful, easy check in and very quick at responding to any questions.

This was a great large space for 6 of us. Having 3 bathrooms was especially helpful. The location was perfect for the marathon weekend and Jade was responsive prior to our stay. Unfortunately, our check-in was delayed without explanation, leaving us waiting for 30 minutes outside the key collection place. We would have also loved some more seating (the sofa could fit up to 4 people) and the place would benefit from a deeper clean.
