After payment was made I was then asked to fill in online check in at which point I got asked to pay additional £250 for deposit. Not mention in listing. Also I filter for parking as I drive for work and they say they offer free parking. This is on the street on a council estate not where I want to leave my work vehicle. There is a drive which they don’t allow you to park on. Once checked in the property was in nowhere near the condition of the photos. Property on listing looks newly renovated and immaculate. Actual truth is the property is used and worn. The property looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in my opinion. Dust all over lamp shades dirty hand marks all over doors cobwebs on the stairs and grime on the shower head. I immediately left the property and asked for a refund that the landlord was unwilling to give. They did offer to send a cleaner round to sort the mess but if you can’t ensure it’s clean on check in your properties arnt for me

Excellent place

Nice comfy beds . Not suitable for the eldery due to stairs quite small and tricky toilet and bathroom downstairs . But WiFi good kitchen had kitchen roll washing up liquid coffee tea etc which was a nice touch toilet rolls . Bath Towels very small so if your of bigger size take a towel . But our stay for 2 days was ok .

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were super attentive and checked in on us throughout the stay. The house was really lovely, very clean and tidy. The rooms were a great size, however a little more storage space would have been helpful in the rooms as we were there for a longer stay. But overall a really great experience! Would definitely book with them again
