Good location, probably good for a short stay. We had issues with the boiler repeatedly breaking resulting in the heating and hot water turning off. However, the third party host was great at getting onto this quickly. The place is pretty small (two person couch which wasn’t very comfortable) and we had to ask for more than one key and more than one towel each.

Whilst Sarah was very responsive and helpful she had her work cut out for her by the amount her staff had let her down. The original booking was completely unsatisfactory and had clearly not been cleaned. Sarah straight away moved us to another property. This was at first appearance a lot better but on closer inspection had not been cleaned properly, Sarah again was very responsive and had the cleaning supervisor attend first thing in the morning by which time we had cleaned both kitchen and bathroom and unblocked drains ourselves. We had a few other issues during our stay which again Sarah was very quick to respond to and rectify.

Excellent host, very well organised & maintained place. Easy to get in. Everything you need at very economical price.

Nice place to stay. 5 minute drive for us and within walking distance of the family we were visiting. Place was clean and well-equipped. Would gladly stay here again.
