used this as a base in Lincoln when visiting for a wedding. The house is clean and tidy and everything is within walking distance. Kritika was helpful and messaged to check everything was okay and if we had any questions.

The place was clean and tidy and in ideal location for what we needed. We came with our 1 year old and they left a travel cot and highchair at our request which we really appreciated as some air bnbs don’t offer this. We enjoyed the complimentary chocolates and coffee. Parking seems to be limited but we were able to find a car park space on arrival and when we came back from being out for the day. Thank you for a lovely stay.
