Good stay

All good. Except the hoops you have to jump through completing Ts&Cs and providing identification, selfie etc prior to check-in. If you don't get it spot on you simply do not receive check-in details - reason stated is that you can't have completed the required steps properly. We got through it but it's so arduous that it would put me off booking this property again.

The house was relatively easy to find and the check in was quite simple. It's a quick drive to the supermarket and about 30 min drive into Stratford where you can find food and shopping etc. The pre-check in tasks were quite excessive and they do require a copy of you ID for verification which I've never had to do before. They are also very slow to respond to messages but we received a lot of reminders about other things. On our first day, there WiFi wasn't working and the host didn't reply with an update until the next day. The house is in quite a state of disrepair which was disappointing. The blinds in the kitchen, the dining chairs and the clock in the living room was broken too. There was a large crack on the TV cabinet too. There's no banister for the stairs - the first stairs are manageable but the stairs to the upstairs bedroom was so precarious, we just shared a bedroom rather than risk falling and breaking a bone climbing them. There's no mirrors in any bedrooms either.

Big clean kitchen, Cosy beds, large outdoor space & high quality appliances. The host was always responsive to any questions and helpful. Damage deposit was returned in good timing. Me and my children enjoyed the stay!
