The property was advertised with aircon but there was none! Message the agent but was told that there were fans provided. The fans supplied were an industrial type and were very noisy. We rather switch it off as it was so noisy that you can't sleep. It was advertised in AirBnB that the carpark was at the premises. But it was not! It was a few blocks away in an abandon building. The ramp was very narrow. Good for small and medium car only. It was also noisy and you can hear people talking outside. The place is for 8 but there was no dining table and no dining chairs. We need to use the small round patio table with 2 chairs to sit. The patio was dirty. Saw a very old empty Corona beer bottle at the patio. It must have been there for years as it was very moldy. Pretty sure nobody cleans the place. Also, we need to place a security deposit of 250 Pound. I hope it is returned to us now that we have left the place. The kettle has scale build up inside. Need to change.

Nice place for a large group of people to stay

Nice clean property as described. The fans to keep the property cool are very very noisy and the property does get very hot in the sunshine but that's not there problem or fault. Could do with a third fan for the third room and maybe a quieter fan but other than that as described and no issues whatsoever. Host communicated really well and had a great time in Brighton thank you again

We had a great stay

We had a really great stay here. Parking was super convenient. The host was great with communication and really easy to deal with. The house itself is honestly beautiful – very clean, well looked after, and had everything we needed. The location is spot on as well. Would definitely stay again and happily recommend it.
