This property is in a fantastic location, and the quality of the apartment is good and as advertised. There were, however, a few issues that meant the stay wasn’t perfect. This included: (1) limited hot water. The property appears to have an immersion tank system so if you have multiple persons trying to get ready you can run out of hot water fast; (2) the TV in the main room regularly freezes and you have to turn it off at the mains, start again, and hope the next time it doesn’t freeze; (3) the bathroom on the attic floor has no door. It’s an open plan apartment so this means any bathroom noises are transmitted not just to the attic but to anyone in the lounge; (4) BeyondStays are very responsive. But the property is like a budget airline: everything is extra. Want a late checkout? Pay extra online. We hadn’t planned to use the sofa bed but did so when one of our family members became ill. The use of the linen and quilt for sofa bed is chargeable. So very good stay but some caveats.

family-friendly accommodation, strategic location

This place was flawless. We were in Manchester during the heatwave, and the air conditioning was the savior for us. A few tips to get here. If your Google Map shows it's location on Thomas Street, it is a wrong place. You should specifically look up for your address. Lottie's Bakehouse, near the Manchester Art Gallery, is next door. You can take the route 2 free bus from Manchester Piccadilly station, and you get off at Chinatown and it is very close to this place.

Great place to stay to visit the city! Central location. Easy communication with the host. Had no problems at all! Would visit again.

Everything is very good, the only small thing need to be aware is the windows on upper floor doesn't have blinds, all other aspects are absolutely amazing
