A firm ‘average’ for this property. Pro’s: Nice garden and decent size lounge. Cons: firstly, they want a £250 damage deposit primarily for the ridiculous arrangement in the bathroom. Firstly the bathroom is up 2 steps. Then, the bath is completely boxed in and an oval shape curtain arrangement for the shower. There is a sign stating that any damage due to ‘water’ will be charged. So basically, the awful bathroom design may cost YOU. There is a step to access the bath, make sure you are able bodied! I asked for a condition report as I was paying a deposit, but nothing came. No hand soap anywhere We turned the boiler down as the heating came on, it was 28 degrees outside! Then the following morning… no hot water for showers Tea stained cups Tiny second bedroom. Washing machine but no airer Very dated All in all, there is a lot better out there, no wonder it was reduced

Lovely accommodation booked for our employees working in the area. They were very happy with the facilities, clean, well equipped with easy and clear instructions for check in. Would not hesitate to recommend or rebook.

3 Roydon Lodge is a very comfortable flat, well presented and all the amenities needed for a home from home. The heating system is great, the property is nice and quiet and relaxing, the kitchen is immaculate with everything you'd need and more. Our host was very responsive and tailored it to our needs perfectly. We would happily come again.
