We had a great stay in Indy at Mimi & Marc's. The house was great and had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. The location is close to town and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. It is a neat part of town, with a couple of cool bars right down the road. Check-in and out was a breeze and communication was great. We will definitely stay again.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament so the home was in a perfect location to get to the convention center. It was a quick and easy drive that took about 10 minutes.

Beautiful home. Great location!

The house was beautiful! The HUGE complaint was the air conditioning. While we were there for only about 2 hours the AC stopped working. I reached out to the host immediately and her only fix was to “turn on the fans to circulate the air”. There was ONE AC unit in the window upstairs. Only 1 in the bedroom. The upstairs reached 86 DEGREES. The rest of the house managed to reach 80 degrees by the time we checked out. Rather than offering to bring us box fans, call HVAC out that day etc I was constantly reminded to turn the fans on. Because that’s going to cool the whole house down? What was supposed to be a fun weekend to celebrate my sisters wedding turned into a hot humid mess. You mean to tell me HVAC couldn’t get out there until after we checked out? I don’t think Indy only has one person on stand by on a weekend. 86 degrees in the house for 3 days is ridiculous. Most hosts would go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable. Absolutely ridiculous and uncomfortable.

This place is beautifully renovated! We had a perfect weekend for the Indy 500. Coming back to this house afterwards was easy. Thanks for letting us stay.
