It was a business trip. Perfect stay for our needs. Clean and cosy, close to shops and free street parking.

Nice flat in safe area. Close to Whitton high Street and buses to Richmond and Hammersmith. Lots of food, off-licence and take aways within a few hundred metres.

The stay was OK, the apartment is well located, we missed fans because even if it was not on the list of amenities of the house, it was very hot and the house does not circulate air because the windows do not open much. I indicate yes the apartment even though it needs some repairs, improvement in cleaning and general comfort.

Title: Unexpected Charges and Poor Communication Rating: 1/5 Be cautious when booking with this host! I had a nightmare experience with an automatic jam door that wasn't mentioned in the listing. When I got locked out with the key inside, the host demanded £300 without explanation. Despite resolving the issue through alternative means, I was still billed £300 without notice. Poor communication and unfair charges made for a stressful stay. I never got to use the Wifi, it kept saying the password was incorrect, after several try for 2 days i gave up as i had enough data on my phone. The washing machine was not working. I wouldn't recommend.

Great place and good communicator. Would stay again.
