Beautiful home. Spotless clean. The swimming pool was very clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. A lot of extra towels, blankets and pillows. Location worked out great for us during our stay. The windows in the front could use some curtains for privacy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at Ryker’s home.

We absolutely loved this place! The hosts were incredibly thoughtful. After spending the day in 90+ degree weather, nothing felt better than opening the front door and being welcomed by cool air. That little extra touch really showed how much they care about their guests. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, and the backyard was amazing—especially the beautiful swimming pool! It was the perfect place for our family to relax and spend quality time together. We truly felt at home here and only wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Carmichael home! The location is fantastic, situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The house itself is beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. Having access to the pool was an absolute lifesaver since we visited during a heat wave. Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout our trip, and we really appreciated their flexibility in letting us check in a little early. The only minor downside was that the front windows and the master bathroom window lacked coverings, which made us feel a bit exposed, especially at night. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and we would recommend it!
