The area is very nice . However, My new apartment is turning out to be a bit of a nightmare. On top of dealing with an ant problem, a leaking shower, and loose door handles, the location has major drawbacks. In the late afternoon and evening, I can't even open my windows because the heavy smell of restaurant food floods the place. Plus, between the food smells and the loud noise from the nearby bar or nightclub at night, it's really hard to get any peace and quiet. There is an odor in the hallway, and the hallway floor makes a disturbing alarm-like noise.
