Arrival was easy, parked right outside, Living room large comfy sofa but didn’t seat us all (7) needed to bring in a chair from outside. Beds, comfortable, linen and towels were very clean. Rooms were lovely and nicely decorated. There has been a lot of renovation work done but needs to be done finishing touches completed. Kitchen had very spacious fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Need to update crockery as wasn’t enough for all of us to eat/drink together. House is very warm Down stairs bathroom was lovely and shower very good, Upstairs bathroom shower head not great and bathroom could benefit from a fan fitting. Over all very happy with the place, it served us well for what we needed. Would stay again.

I had booked this trip for 7 friends to Liverpool, and safe to say I was not disappointed. Sean being the primary host was brilliant at responding to any queries and concerns that I expressed with measures that could be put into place to allow us to still enjoy our time. Everything within the Airbnb was up to scratch with a couple of concerns that were dealt in a private matter allowing me to digitally see the proactiveness. Perfect location away from the busy main roads but still allowed us to access them. Which made it easy for us to travel to Blackpool for the day and still understand the route on the way back as well. Plenty of supermarkets next to the property so we could get a couple of things that we could cook in the Airbnb. Not only that but the natural beauty of Liverpool we were able to explore like the Docks and Liverpool city centre within close enough range to either drive or take public transport. Overall, a lovely stay at this Airbnb and in Liverpool.

Great location and responsive host The place is very conveniently located, very close to commercial establishments such as The Strand, with Liverpool City just about 15 minutes away by Uber. It’s ideal for accessibility and getting around. The house has four spacious rooms, making it a great option for a large group or family staying together. The rooms are comfortable and well-sized. The only downside is the kitchen and dining area, which can comfortably accommodate only up to four people at a time. However, this did not take away much from our overall experience. Sean was very responsive and proactive as a host. When I reported an issue with the oven, it was promptly replaced with a brand-new one, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent location and great host support.
