The farmhouse was just as beautiful as the photos, it was very clean, and the large outdoor space was peaceful and enjoyable. We had our baby with us, and the spacious master suite was perfect for having her in there with us. The house provided plenty of space for our group of four adults and was well stocked across the board with anything you could need. We would happily stay here again.

What a tremendously wonderful place to stay in Placerville! While looking for a place to stay while in Placerville, I remember reading a review that said this home was like a 5 star hotel and that is so true! Not only is the home clean, beautiful, and well appointed but also so full of all those thoughtful details that make a 5 star hotel the luxury experience it is. From bathroom slippers, make up towels, and nice quality hangers to fun activities like board games and a ping pong table it was all so very well thought out. Any questions I had, Ryker and Mohsin were quick to answer too. I would 100% recommend this home to anyone staying in the area and can not wait to stay again if in the area again. Thanks so much!

Beautiful home in a great location. I gave this property a 5 star based on the idea that the problems with it are easily resolved. -The gate did not work during our stay, the sensors were unable to tell there were motorcycles trying to exit, so we had to use manual mode the entire time. -Outside is beautiful but big brother is watching you at all times on the cameras. So no real privacy to speek of. -The beauty of this home is completely ruined by extremely loud animal chasers. Hopefully these high pitched sounds will not be there for your stay if you choose to book. -You might end up doing chores whilst staying here. The outside bins were full from previous guests and somehow it was our job to take them down the long driveway and back... This is a professionally managed property so that has its pros and cons, but the home was spotless and in an amazing location. Would be more than happy to stay again, but would clarify somethings before booking in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ryker’s spot in Placerville! The layout was perfect for our family; the space was more than ample for 6 of us and no one ever felt crowded. The master bedroom is huge, and that tub and shower are amazing! We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the patio, playing cornhole, and taking advantage of the fully fenced yard on the 3 acres—which our pup loved. There were even geese and some gosling hanging out by the pond! The home was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Ryker was an incredible host—super accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay by a night, and even went above and beyond to mail back some items I accidentally left behind. We would 100% stay here again!
