15-20 mins from centre, £2 - £4 train to piccadily, or £15 in uber, so a decent location for manchester city events, comfy beds

We broke our property chain and sold our house, so we used here while our completion date came through. The area was very quiet and felt safe. Rich management sorted out everything soon as they received message 👏

The stay itself was ok, just a few basic things I thought were missing. For starters, there wasn’t any hand soap in the entire house, just dish soap. We let the host know and we were told that the cleaner would drop off hand soap the next day but we never got any so ended up buying our own. Also, the bathroom has no lock on it which was another issue and I feel like that it is a must for any house as it can lead to many uncomfortable situations. Along with that, for a house that can host multiple people, I feel like a smart lock key pad entry would have been better suited. There was only one key that we had that could open the front door which was inconvenient as we had multiple people and just one key made it a bit hard. Aside from those things, the place itself was very nice and exactly as the pictures. Very spacious and loved that it was able to host as many people as we had comfortably. The shower was also very nice.
