Andreea’s house in Margate is an absolute gem! The location couldn't be better—it sits right in the heart of the action, making it incredibly easy to explore everything the area has to offer. You are just a short, easy walk away from all the main attractions in the Old Town, including fantastic local cafes, independent shops, and artistic spots. The house itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully kept, serving as the perfect comfortable base after a day of sightseeing. Andreea is a wonderful, attentive host who ensures you have everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Great property in absolutely perfect location to be in the old town of Margate! Property is spacious although on many levels. The top bedrooms are up a very narrow and steep set of stairs so not easy to climb up. It is a little loud at night but to be expected due to the fact the property is on restaurants but it couldn't be more convenient. Andreaa is extremely responsive and helpful.

We had a fantastic long weekend stay! The house is in a prime Old Town location with a great sea view and direct access to everything. Margate is lovely. Important note on layout: The main bedroom is downstairs, the bathroom is on the middle floor, and the other two bedrooms are on the top floor. The top floor is reached via a steep winding staircase. Because of this, it was not possible for our 7-year-old or grandma to sleep up there in case they needed the bathroom at night. We easily adapted by sleeping upstairs ourselves, but families with young children or elderly guests should keep this layout in mind. Highly recommended otherwise!

The house was great, as was the location and the hosts too. Can't recommend it enough. Only slight issue was the WiFi which wasn't really working too great which was a small pain point with three kids, but outside of that 10/10.
