Thank you Andreea, we had a lovely stay at your house in Margate!

This apartment was in an absolutely fabulous location. The rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. It is close to everywhere you would need to be to enjoy Margate and had a parking spot which was brilliant for us. We asked for parking for a second car which we were told was in a car park nearby for a price. However when we arrived that car park was maximum stay for 24 hours and more expensive than quoted by the host. We asked our host if there was anywhere else to park and were told of another parking spot which for a price. This was too far away so did not use it and we found our own place to park. However they were still requesting money from us for it. Also the apartment had no WiFi despite being advertised that it did. None of the WiFi networks quoted in the welcome pack worked. It was also not clearly advertised that the accommodation was over 3 levels. Overall we were happy with the apartment but did come across some issues. It didn’t ruin our trip though :)

The place is very conveniently located very close to the beach and Andreea is very responsive, and helped with WiFi issues.There is a Morrisons's nearby for grocery and plenty of other eateries. However the property is not child safe or suitable for elderly as the rooms , kitchen and bathroom are all located on three different floors and connected by a steep, narrow and winding staircase. There were issues that did not get resolved on time during our stay inspite of informing. Cleanliness and supplies can be improved further, somehow did not feel the premium finish to Airbnb service that I am used to, especially for the price we paid.This is a good choice for beach visits and if you are going to be out most of the day.

Great location and ideal for group

Fantastic place for all things Margate! In an incredibly good location with stunning views, right next to some of the most famous Margate restaurants, and quite literally bordering the coastline. The space was cosy and well kept, and truly felt like a home away from home.

Great flat. A few maintenance issues need attention. Bathroom door, and main entrance locks need attention. Internet still poor. Toilet seat broken in small loo. Great improvement would be to put lounge on ground floor and move main bedroom upstairs. This would save having to carry hot meals upstairs and would enable easy access to toilets at night. Kickboard in front of washer needs fixing. These are minor points in an otherwise lovely apartment ideally positioned for bars, restaurants and beach. Would definitely recommend.
