Ideal for a short stay. The flat is ideally located in the centre of Brighton. Once arrived you can just relax and enjoy Brighton's delights knowing there is a comfortable nest just a stone throw away.

The property does not match the description of 'luxury accommodation'. It smelled musty and we had to contact JCA as it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. Used bed, dirty bathroom, pots in sink, full bin. A cleaner was sent however, only on return at 2345, did we find that the bed base on the sofa bed was broken and the sheet and one of the pillow cases provided were dirty. We booked it to sleep 4 but it doesn't. The 'luxury' description is misleading and the accommodation is urgently requiring maintenance. We have been refunded £70 but we paid £222 and half of the party had no bed to sleep on. The recompense does not match the inconvenience and I was embarrassed by the room I had booked. It was a very disappointing experience

The perfect accommodation for a girls weekend away! The location was great with being right in the city centre! Highly recommend this stay and we will be booking again!

Fantastic central location ideal for a short stay, the kitchen was extremely well kitted out. However the place lacked in upkeep of facilities and cleanliness. The bed was uncomfortable and loud when rolling over. The place just in general needed some tlc, a slow draining shower which would flood if more than 2 people had to shower consecutively and one of the radiators didn’t seem to be working properly. The bathroom was also dirty and needed cleaning. I fully appreciate points could be rectified and it would be a great place to stay!

Was a very nice place to stay, just a cleaning issue when we got there but they dealt with it swiftly. I would re-book with them.

This is a perfect location if you’re looking for a quick overnight stay in the heart of the Brighton lanes, but it is what you would expect for the price you pay. The downside was I booked clearly for 4 guests, but it was only really accommodating for 1/2 people at most in my opinion. There was only one large towel and one small hand towel, the sofa bed duvet and pillows had no covers on them and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It could do with some TLC as there are marks on the walls and broken skirting and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well. Overall, it’s reasonably priced for a quick overnight stay but it was a difficult sleep for 4 people.
