Great place to stay away

I had a fantastic stay at this 5-bedroom apartment in Birmingham. The host was very friendly and helpful, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed, with plenty of room to relax. The location was great for exploring the city, and it was wonderful to come back to such a peaceful and well-maintained space. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Birmingham and would definitely stay here again!

Apart from the house being a bit difficult to find, everything else was great. The bed was a little too soft for my preference, but overall, I had a good stay.

Sophie is a great host who communicates clearly and efficiently! She was super accommodating when we needed to amend the dates we were staying. The location is not far from the city centre at all, and the instructions to find the area was super clear. I would consider staying again in future!

Although Sophie was very responsive there were some major issues with the home especially with the shower and stove that were never figured out and after just repeating what I said I tried to fix it, the issues were never fixed but ignored.
