Overall, we enjoyed our time together at the house, but there were several things we wish we had known before booking- such as the outside being under construction still and the dock photos and driveway size misleading. With better communication about the ongoing construction, more accurate listing photos, and attention to maintenance and cleaning, this property has the potential to provide a much better experience for future guests.

Home is very well updated, clean, nice and modern. There were a nice sweet treats in the refrigerator for our kids which was thoughtful from the host. Would definitely rent again when we are back in GA.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners have put tremendous thought and care into every detail. The home is beautifully renovated and upgraded, offering the perfect blend of comfort, style, and functionality. The attention to detail was evident everywhere—from the oversized wine glasses and large coffee mugs to the high-quality furnishings and well-stocked amenities. Having two full kitchens was incredibly convenient too. There was no shortage of entertainment. We loved spending time around the pool table, table tennis table, and the 2-player arcade system featuring over 1,000 games. Outdoors, the property truly shines with kayaks, a fire pit, a dock, grilling area, and a large covered deck that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The location couldn't be better. It's only a 2-minute drive to beautiful Lake Lanier and Margaritaville. This home exceeded our expectations in every way!
