Great experience

An excellent location as it's very central but syper noisy due to the industrial bins outside being filled with glass bottles in the early hours both Mon & Tues which woke us, plus workmen chatting, so didn't sleep well. Plus no tea/coffee or soap in shower, plus bathroom also smelt bad.

The location is very good, just a short walk from the attractions and shops.The room is well equipped, enough to wash clothes and cook, suitable for family travelers, and free parking is available, which can save a lot of parking costs.However, because the window on the 1st floor of the house faces the back alley, there is a chance to hear the sound of nearby shops dumping garbage or pedestrians talking at night.In addition, due to the distance of the parking lot, pay special attention to: the height of the entrance of the basement slope parking lot and the driving space are very narrow, be especially careful when it rains, dark and other vehicles are parked, I have more than 20 years of driving experience and it is difficult to park, so new drivers should pay attention, and when renting a car, pay attention to the size of the vehicle.Overall, the experience was good, and I would stay again if I go to Brighton.

We had a great stay at David's property and would definitely visit again. We've left a 4* review because, while we loved the property and would recommend to a friend, it was great but not excellent. The property is very conveniently located in the centre of Brighton, everything is on your doorstep, from Brighton Pavillion, to the Lanes for a variety of restaurants and bars, to North Laine for vintage shopping and Komedia comedy club (definitely worth a visit). Guests should be aware that the car park is located around 8-10 minutes walk away from the property, and you will need to visit the property first to collect the key to the gated parking, and deliver the key to the lockbox at the property again when leaving. However, while this is an uphill walk, the fact that parking is included is amazing value for money and will save you a small fortune. The property was clean, tidy and modern. The bathroom drain did smell, but is probably a temporary problem due to the building's plumbing.
