Our stay here was exactly the peaceful getaway we needed. The house is tucked among pine trees with no other homes in sight — just quiet, natural surroundings and gorgeous views. Waking up to that scenery each morning was a real highlight. The layout was ideal for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy time together, but also enough quiet corners and separate areas for anyone who wanted to relax alone during the day. It struck a nice balance between togetherness and privacy. We did run into an issue with the hot tub heater during our stay, but Ryker and his team were quick to respond and did what they could to help resolve it. We appreciated the communication and effort.

Overall good stay at Ryker’s place with a few minor issues, but given the price it fell short of expectations. The house was spacious and in a great quiet location. All of the bedrooms were comfortable with clean bathrooms. Hosts were friendly and communicative. Some issues were apparent - We had a hard time to get the hot tub running and the long time it took to heat up made us forgo it. Game room had a lot of cobwebs near the floor, lot of bugs in and around the house but given the location it’s understandable, tried running a bath in the master bedroom but hot water ran out, and the pool wasn’t the cleanest upon arrival.

Rykers place was amazing. My group really enjoyed the stay. The house looked better than the photos. All the furnishings were of high quality and the amenities listed were all provided. The game room, family room, kitchen and bedrooms were perfect for our group of 10 The backyard also had a propane grill and plenty of seating area, the pool and hot tub were also as described. There was a lot of fallen debris in the pool but when we shared this Ryker he was quick to send someone to clean the pool. Overall he was very responsive and would highly recommend this place!

What a beautiful place to stay in! The house was clean and spacious enough to accommodate my large family. The kitchen has great furniture. I also like how each bedroom has their own bathroom. Just one thing - just hoping that the outdoor chairs by the bonfire table would be cleaner. Otherwise the place is great. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Exactly as described, beautiful home in a very scenic location. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities. Very nice kitchen if you’re looking to cook during your stay. Extremely satisfied with my stay!
