We had never been to Liverpool before and WAS NOT disappointed in our accommodations the apartment was probably the best Airbnb we have stayed at, our host was on site to greet us which was a really nice touch, the apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of the basics to start us off not to mention the very tasty cakes and pint milk. The apartment was quite central for commuting in to Liverpool with a gentle 12 minute walk to get to the metro which took us straight into the centre of Liverpool, if we come to Liverpool again we would certainly look to see if Gill & Matt’s apartment was available. Beautiful place.

We stayed at Matt and Gill's historic church apartment in Waterloo for 3 nights. This was an excellent location to visit Liverpool by car or train, the local area including the coastline. The property was immaculate and very stylish and well presented, it was very comfortable and it had all the amenities needed for a break away including milk, coffee and cokes on arrival. The apartment was very peaceful and quiet. Matt and Gill are very responsive hosts and gave local recommendations which were very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Our Stay at the chapel didn’t disappoint the architecture is just stunning and what glorious weather Lots of lovely features in the apartment this is somewhere very special. We all loved our stay. The beds were super comfy We would highly recommend We used Mersey rail to get around there is a great cut through to Waterloo Station which easily halves the walk to the station just look for the railway line and follow the path Our visit to Port Sunlight Village was superb . Definitely look at the the information centre and try and book a tour this is such a unique piece of Social History We had breakfast in the Picture House and Hole in the Wall both very good . We had a superb Italian meal at Sorrento’s in Formby On our first evening we went to Da Gurkha fine dining in Waterloo for an equally excellent Nepalese Both restaurants we scored at 10/10.. Another great place to eat in Liverpool near the Docks was the Hanover Social Thank you Mark , Denise, Suzy & Steve

Fantastic accommodation. High spec fixtures and fittings. Lovely bed linen and really comfortable beds. Easy walk to the metro . We all loved it. Highly recommend.
