Great host, great spot. My family and I had a wonderful time

Friendly and responsive host, place was very clean apart from a damp smell at the front entrance. Very noisy neighbours on Friday evening until 01:30 on Saturday morning. Host was accommodating with late check out. Areas to improve would be that we only had 4 towels with 5 guests staying, no soap in bathroom as bottle was empty, hoover was full when we arrived and the shower was awful as you have to hold it with one hand otherwise the water sprays out the end of the bath.

Our stay at Jacob’s property was excellent. The home was immaculately clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, and offered convenient access to public transportation as well as the city centre. With three comfortable bedrooms and a cozy family room, the space easily accommodated our group of five. Check‑in was flawless, and Jacob proved to be an outstanding host. He was responsive, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in such a well‑kept and welcoming home and would gladly return.

Our host was very responsive. Literally messaged back almost immediately to any query or comment I had. On the first day we had the incorrect code but he responded within minutes with the correct code. The house was clean. A few marks on doors and a bit of dust here and there but he was quick to respond about that. The bedding and towels and rooms were pristine. Iron and hairdryer was available. I slept so well each night! No backache compared to some hotel beds I’ve slept in. I did suggest to the host that he supply fans. The property has lots of windows but it also means a lot of sun. We brought our own. It made a huge difference! Great stay. Great host. Thanks.

perfect place to stay for a big group, very accessible for the wider city, lots of buses & trains nearby, nice & peaceful.
