The house was very pleasant to stay in. It is in a great location very near the quay and restaurants. We visited during the heat wave but we were provided with fans which helped a lot. There was a very good response to all our requests. The TV does not have Freeview and I player was very slow to load and kept stopping. Changing the shower temperature was rather awkward. But overall a very good stay.

Really nice property. We went during the heat wave and it was boiling but the garden at the back is really nice and you’re close to the Quay to get drinks, ice cream and food. Decent parking which can be tricky in Exeter.

The house was very clean and comfortable and was a very short walk from the Quay and its facilities. However, the TV in the living room was not properly tuned in, and one of the bedroom windows could not be opened.

Very clean and comfortable house. Dog friendly with lovely secure garden and short walk to Riverside Valley Park which is a beautiful, peaceful area for a stroll. The house is in a great location - very close to Exeter Quay with a great selection of shops and places to eat. We walked from the house to the Cathedral/city centre, which only took 20 minutes. The house is next to a large public carpark, but we did not find it too noisy, even when sitting in the garden. Would definitely choose to stay here again if we were to visit Exeter in the future.

This Exeter house had easy check in and out and all the amenities that we needed for our 3 night stay. Very walkable into downtown Exeter for a great Sunday roast at The Fat Pig!
