The house was very close to everything which is super handy, and the hosts are very nice and responsive. Had a great stay here and would go back again!

What a lovely house to spend a few days in, very spacious especially the main bedroom it was beautiful, best bedroom in any airbnb. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals, nice outdoor area, close to river for walks, 15 mins into town which is not far all in all a fabulous little house also 2 mins from train station

Good location for our requirements but not being able to park at the property was a bit of a pain, closest parking was a 5-10 minute walk to the train station long stay park which was £16.20 for our stay (Fri-Sun) but was unable to leave the car park once paid which we didn’t know until after we had paid. Closest place to eat was the imperial (Wetherspoons) which was really nice but up a steep hill. Great host and nice property.

Very nice place to live. Convenient for transportation only two minutes walk to Saint Davids railway station. And about 12 minutes walk to Exeter University. all the equipment and facilities are good. Communication is also where are you efficient. Ideal for family stay
