From the outset the booking process was a nightmare. Too complicated by far. The house was well cared for and nicely presented. Bedrooms were lovely but bathroom was tiny. Downstairs was spacious but not 'homely' . Difficult access, with key boxes very hard to get into. We noticed a few problems. A trip hazard going into kitchen. No bins in bathroom or bedrooms. Very little equipment in kitchen with no oven dishes and few implements. No outside lights.

The place s very nice, Jane is very helpful she fixed all the issues that reported.
