I had a wonderful stay here. Jerely and Mikki was extremely helpful and patient, offering timely support whenever I needed help. The property is large and fully furnished with all essentials. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Really great place to stay, great town and close to a supermarket, and it had everything we needed - we had a really great stay - close enough to Durham, the Lakes, Newcastle, and much of the North!

Very nice house great communication

The house was tidy and decor inviting. Very stylish. The beds were extremely comfortable. It more spacious than shown in the photos and reasonably equipped with basics. Upon arrival, I noticed the carpets to be dirty, particularly the rug in the second bedroom. Luckily there was a hoover provided so I did a quick clean and also washed the bath mats as these had toothpaste stains on them- just something to note for your cleaners! The kitchen utensils and plates etc were very basic but as we weren’t cooking much during our stay, we managed. There wasn’t a tea towel to dry dishes but the house is conveniently located close to many supermarkets for bits we needed. Some things needed washing before use. I was looking forward to using the coffee pod machine which is a lovely touch, but the selection of pods were a mix match, latte with no milk pods etc so we didn’t end up using it. Street was noisy at night, shouting and fighting early hours most nights. I wouldn’t say it’s a ‘safe’ area.

The house was spotlessly clean with a very comfy, large bed in the main bedroom - it was a great base for the weekend for us to explore the North East!
