Could of done with the bins being emptied outside but apart from that good value

Great place to stay while working locally. Would definitely stay again. Nice and clean space. Ideal having a private drive.

Fantastic host!

The good, the bad and the ugly. The good. Sophie was always available and answered questions and was very responsive. The property was as described and was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower is great. The bad. The bed, described as a king double, was in fact a double. This was a tad misleading. The terrestrial channels on TV were only accessible through iPlayer and ITVx which, becomes a problem or at least a faff on so make sure to take your passwords. There are very, very strict instructions on exactly what was to be cleaned prior to departure - yet guests are charged a cleaning fee - so one or the other would suffice (in any event, we would always clean up, wash dishes etc but the instructions felt a bit hectoring). The ugly. There were two bins right outside the door overflowing with (bagged) rubbish and several bags on the floor. Not nice. 2 pans should be thrown out as they are really grimy. We would stay again, but please look after these small details.
