Great location!

Overall, we had a good stay. The facilities and interior design are very nice, the location is excellent, and communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout. The only reason for the 4-star rating is the noise. The flat is located right above the rubbish bins, so there were frequent loud sounds, especially from people disposing of rubbish (for example, bottles being thrown into the bins), as well as traffic noise and seagulls. I completely understand that the property is in the city centre and that some level of noise is unavoidable. However, despite being told that the windows are double-glazed, I do feel that the sound insulation could be improved. That said, aside from this issue, everything else was very good.

Amazing to stay right in the heart of things in Brighton. The main living space is particularly good - lovely and bright and well equipped. Sovereign Suites were extremely responsive throughout.

Would 100% go back, the rooms were very clean and modern and the location was perfect.

Perfect location, right in the heart of the lanes area of Brighton town centre. Just a couple of streets away from the seafront and next to shops, restaurants and bars. If you want to be central this is the perfect place. Spotlessly clean and modern decor. Highly recommended and will 100% stay again.
