The apartment was as advertised. The rooms were spacious. My family enjoyed staying there. The outdoor communal grass area just outside the apartment was great because young kids from the apartments often gathered there to play. My kids had a great time mingling! The heater was not working when we arrived, and the issue was not dealt with as promptly as it should have been, however, after a conversation, things were resolved. From then on, communication was much better. The flat was right next to the Broadway, which made shopping easy. Travel was easy because there were lots of transport options but if you have a car, be aware that you would need to pay around £12 a day for parking. Overall, the flat and location were great.
