Everything as described with very responsive and accommodating hosts. Clean, central location and everything you’d need in the kitchen for a short term stay. It is though right next to a church where the bells ring every 15mins throughout the whole day and night which takes some getting used to and can interrupt sleep.

All the facilities in the house are described correctly and are clean.Only the sound of the top floor outside the house rang every 15 minutes, and the same was true at night, which seriously affected my sleep and rest.It's noisy around 1am every night, and it's noisy at 4am, which makes it hard for me to rest.
