Rented this house because we’d sold our home and was waiting to move into a new house. It was a week before Christmas. Very stressful time. Then when we arrived here the accommodation was unbelievably dirty. Food left in dishes in cupboard. Barely any cooking utensils. Oven and air fryer was filthy, full of grease. Dust and dirt everywhere. Mouldy food behind washing machine. Dirty bedding left in washer. Dirty clothes in bedroom from previous tenants. Rubbish and dirt under and down sides of beds. Cat hairs all over carpets and sofas. The whole house smells of animals. Door handles fall off. Kitchen doors fall off. Electric socket hanging off wall with exposed wires in kitchen. Rubbish piled up in bins outside. Dog poo in back garden. Even after we requested a clean it wasn’t up to scratch. We had to clean ourselves. Ciaran did deal with our complaints however, standard of cleaning is not good enough. This place needs serious attention and a deep clean before it’s rented again.

There were a few issues when we arrived thr kitchen was missing equipment e.g forks glasses no dish cloth towel washing up liquid shower gel and soap also a stain on the lounge carpet and all the bins outside full ( there is a charge if rubbish is not removed correctly) Ciaren was responsive and some of the missing items were brought. The upstairs was fine the kitchen is very big but needs to be have more things in it
