The incoming gas supply has been capped off which prevents the boiler from working hence no hot water The owners are obviously aware of this but still they rent it out with no hot water This should not be allowed and surely against air bnb regulations Refund needed I reckon

The place was spotless on arrival . The outside of the property was untidy and looked tired. We weeded the little front which we did not mind doing at all Possibly the cleaner could attend to it in future as only takes about 15 mins.

We were meeting family in the area but this was a great house for 6-8 people sharing. Close to the centre of Ilkley walking distance to loads of pubs restaurants. House had everything needed to enjoy a home from home. Kitchen well appointed two bathrooms cost living and dining. Would recommend.

Large, pristine kitchen with all the items you need to cook meals for the entire family! Loved having a washer and a dryer. The location was very convenient to everything and a quick walk from the train station. The house is on a street with little noise on the actual street in front but there was truck noise early mornings on a larger road about 40 ft off the side of the house. Would have not been an issue if there wasn’t a heat wave and therefore we had to leave every window open! It felt very safe and we loved the amount of space. Each room had a dresser and an armoire with hangers. My favorite part of the house was the beautiful kitchen. This would be an ideal house for a family, or even just 2 people as we were. We’d definitely stay there again.

The house was the perfect base for our family get-together. It was very clean and well presented. We know Ilkley well and the house was ideally situated to enjoy all that Ilkley has to offer.

Was a lovely location and a nice house, easy to walk to. Everything was clean apart from arriving to lots of dead flies? And thick layers of dust behind/next to bed side tables and the same behind the doors on the carpet. There were no tea towels, sponges or kitchen spray so bear that in mind. The hot tub was not filled up enough so we could not put the jets on without being water boarded. Other than that it was a pleasant stay for 8 of us.
